Need some answers on my system. got a type r 15" running on a mrp m100 alpine amp?

Yeah, i have an alpine type R 15" dual 4 ohm with a mrp m1000 alpine amp

the subs put out 750 rms and the amp is 1000 rms @2ohms

should i get a ported or sealed box?

i want clear/clean sound

and will a tsunami 2 farad capacitor work well for my system?

and i havnt installed them yet, but does the 15" slap hard?

yea in a ported box its gonna be loud. thats a pretty nice sub. for a 15" id always go ported

It will hit hard and for sure go with a ported box.

Shouldn't have to ask if a Type R will hit hard.  It will hit hard either way given the correct enclosure, but ported is recommended.
