Need some codes for Pokemon Ruby. I use action replay Max for ds and gba.?

Yeah, so I've googled a whole bunch of stuff but all the codes that show up never seem to work. Please don't tell me to go to Codejunkies or etc, because I rather you tell me the codes right here xD. Im looking for codes for rare pokemon like Mew or Deoxys. If its not possible than Ide like something that can complete the Pokedex.

Anything that's pretty neat will be appreciated. And of course I have the codes that come with the Action Replay.

if you go to gamespot and search up pokemon ruby then there will be some
