Need some creative people for my hw!!?

ok so we are having this project where we have to make up a restaurant name and menu with it and the menu food items have to be named after counties around us. I can get that but can any one come up with any creative southern restaurant names to name my resturaunt, nothing like the purple lobster or something like that but an original name!! thanks!!
