Need some easy cheap meals?

my husband is getting ready to go over the road (truck driver) and it will only be me and the kiddos and well we dont eat a lot so i wont be making as many big/good meals. Does anyone have any meal ideas that will cook up in no time and are cheap??

mix some brown rice and black beans..put it in a wrap..top with veggies,salsa,lettuce and wala. Yumm!

Buy a bag of asian style mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, peppers) and stir fry with teriyaki sauce.  Serve over rice
