Need some feedback...?

Question

Wanted to know what everyone thinks. My boyfriend lives about 70 miles away from me in another state. We have been seeing eachother for 3mos. We have had some ups and downs but just wondering he has called me twice a day everyday we are not together and just to say goodbye when he leaves for work..so technically that is 3X's a day. Our conversations are wonderful he is such an amazing person on the phone but when we get in person he seems to act a little standoffish so want to know what u think and if you think he really loves me...by calling me like this. He was very wonderful to me when we first met too..he has mood swings but never has yelled at me or started a fight.He also works midnites and i work days so it is hard to see one another but he always makes the effort to come here at least once a week..and i also go and stay there sometimes..he is from where i live too he moved there to be closer to his job do you think this will work out...he says he is going to move back to where he is from which is near me like 5 miles.

listen if he loves u distance isnt the problem its how you all will communicate to eachother and when he does move back in thats the best part
