  1. some of my personal favorite brands for SPL are:

    -RE

    -Fi

    -DC

    -Treo

    -Atomic

    -TC

    -Orion (new HCCA)

expect to spend a great amount of money tho...

also remember to upgrade to more than 2 batteries, H.O. Alternator(s), big3, 1/0 gauge wire, and a huge box.

but if ur cheap go with a few kicker subs...

btw... dont use a capacitor... you will get punked if seen with those in a competition.

  2. If you have the money RE audio makes beautiful subs, the x*x series.  Perhaps MTX 9515 cheaper and will hit beautifully.

  3. if u have the $ go for the orion hcca i think you'd hit 160db + easy or go for 4 kicker cvx 15's the kill ur car but they cost less

  4. There are a lot of good 15"s out there. Kicker L7, MTX, Alpine, MA Audio - You will need serious power to make the sound you want. Don't forget bat caps and your Ultima battery. Make sure you have a strong alternator running a good charge or upgrade quick. Don;t forget to upgrade your door speakers and get plenty of Dynamat.

  5. If you want to be heard from a long ways...and want 4 subs...get the MTX 22 inch Jack Hammers.  It is 6,000 watts RMS each, 23 inches tall, and weighs 369 lbs. each.

  6. yes. maybe some spetiality like Ciare 15.SW, Beyma Power 15 (recommended), or some professional audio like B&C 15TBX100, PD 1550, or maybe two 18" PD 1850 which will easily damage your car - not only windows.
