When I graduated high school in 2006. I was 5'2 and about 84lbs. I was drinking ensures and eating like a horse. Just to get that heavy. I even was taken pills to help me gain weight. That added another 2,000cals to my diet plus what I was eating.

NOW... I have stopped taken those pills and drinking the ensure( about 1 year and 8 months off of it) I'm still 5'2 but I'm 109-110lbs. I started getting a belly and my jeans don't fit any more.

Alot of people comment about how much weight I have gained but also say "your not fat" I don't feel like I'm fat. And most people reading this will tell me to shut up. But deep down I'm not happy. Whats the best way to look good but not lose the weight and be unhealthy like I was.

I don't have a ton of time to work out because I am going to school full time and working full time. I think that is why this happened. I eat when I can and its not always great food.

If I don't do something now...I will be 150 then 190 and wonder what the heck happened to me

  1. Find a way to take an hour a day or even a half hour a day and exercise there's no way around it if you want to be healthy also try to eat healthier if you have to do fast food choose grilled chicken instead of fried or burgers or a salad you can still eat burgers but do it in moderation,  also try parking you car further so you walk more and take the stairs instead of elevator.

    good luck to ya

  2. Weight training, you won't loose weight, and with protein you might gain, but it will be muscle, which will be leaner, tighter and sexier.  If you have just a half hour every 2-3 days, that will be enough, it's not like cardio (which is important for weight loss, and for heart health) where you should do it almost every day for good results, or even for a very long time.

  3. You are at the correct weight for your height. Don't feel bad about yourself. You have overcome unhealthy weight and should be proud of yourself. Do not try to diet. Simply do some exercise to keep toned.

    Hope I helped. GOD BLESS

  4. If you're that unhappy with your appearance...make time to work out. I let myself go after my second child and I (although I was not obese) was MISERABLE. Don't let yourself get so far gone that there's no turning back. It's so hard to get in shape. Make sure you eat properly. unhealthy food=fat  healthy food=skinny. no two ways about it. You should read the book 'SKINNY *****" It's quite motivating!

  5. Go talk to a nutritionist. Make sure you tell them you are happy with your weight you just need help staying at this weight. They will help you with your eatting habits and even help your squeeze in that 10 minute work out each day. Hope I could help! Best of luck!
