  1. In the United States you must be 18 to open an account with any brokerage firm

One of your parents could open a custodian account for you but you must have a social security number.  It is illegal for any broker to open an account without a social security number and/or a tax id number.

You can not trade without your parents opening the custodian account.

You can not trade using a debit and/or credit card.  You can borrow monies to purchase securities..

If you going to play in the game, you must learn to play by the rules.

  2. sorry you are not old enough.

    i'd suggest PC online games.

  3. Sorry, but you have to be of legal age to "contract" which is what trading involves.

  4. In order to trade in the stock market, you will need a broker.  If you're looking for something cheap, you should use an online discount broker such as Firstrade.  However, unless you can get your parents to agree, you will not be able to start trading because you must be at least 18 to open an independent account.

  5. Move on to something like kids stuff. This was a waste of my time to read this. Give me a break!

  6. Forget it Mike,

You have to be 18 to open a brokerage account on your own. Prior to that your parents can open a custodial account where they are in charge and it becomes yours when you reach 18. But you can invest on paper, see if your ideas would have worked out, would you make or lose money and don't forget to add commission and other fees on each and every trade you do, just like the real world.

Keep interested, 6 years will fly by, and then you will be old enough to open an account yourself, with 6 years of paper trading experience under your belt, you will be fantastic at investing.
