Need some help with UPS shipping?

Hi, so my 360 came back from Germany (repair place) and landed in London earlier tonight, it has now been dispatched to (what im assuming is) my local UPS depot and should be there in the early hours of the morning. However the tracking tool states a delivery date of the 20th, would I be able to ring and arrange to manually pick the package up?

Yes you can actually. Call UPS and arrange it. Make sure you give them the tracking number. They will arrange for it to stop at your local UPS and then you can pick it up. Hurry though sometimes you have to call right away to get this service. Sometimes this service is not available as well. I believe it depends on the package.
