Need some help with gym class, changing in front of people.

Question

I am getting used to middle school now and now these guys are making us get changed in gym in front of everybody else? I really don't like that. We can't use the bathrooms to change in either. And to top it off... we have to get naked in front of like everybody. naked! for like 10 minutes with everybody staring... while we wait for people in the shower to get done. We pretty much say you can't have your gym clothes under your uniform either. So I don't want to get naked in front of everyone and get showered and changed. No towels either. Only 1 for each of the 4 showers. Please help. Oh, and my underwear is tighty whities, because thats all i have. so i cant wear my underwear around. Any help PLEASE?

It's all right man, I used to have the same problem. But when you think about it, we are all guys here. It's natural. You shouldn't be shy. The guy next to you is probably afraid too.
