First of all, there's no chart at your link.

Second of all, Aquarians aren't especially laid back and often have been in mental institutions, before they "break out" and become the true bohemians they are.

They are looking (always) for their "tribe", as they feel they don't fit in anywhere.  Very normal.

Being emotional is definitely not the kind of traits an Aquarius would have. Air signs are more towards intellectual type. In fact they don't focus so much on emotion at all.

However, a person is made up of many different signs so the emotion can be coming from the other parts of you.

I agree that "feeling laid back" is not one of the traits of Aquarius.
