  1. I would think you shouldnt skip a meal..just eat a well balanced diet. There are certain foods that Ive read you shouldnt eat or eat a lof of. Especially certain types of fish. Im not sure about the coffee I know caffeine isnt especially good for the baby not sure if its bad tho, because I dont drink anything with caffeine. Try getting a baby book research some good baby websites. like babyzone.com or babycenter.com..etc. I think you can workout like you do before maybe not for 2hrs a day. But you have to let your body tell you what you can handle. But def. check with your doctor.....and congrats

  2. There are tones of prego websites that should be able to help you ease your mind. The whole fruit thing I would watch how much you eat you don't want to end up with the runs and get dehydrated. my fav website is www.babycenter.com

  3. Aww. congragulations first of all. And i think you should ask you doctor. because how do you know if the poepl that are going to answer this question know what there talking about? i think personaly you should ask your doctor. or you mom. after all you are her DAUGHTER

  4. 1. You can still continue working out. You will just have to modify your workout. Be sure to discuss this with your OB.

    2. You need protein everyday during your pregnancy.  So you will need to change your diet because it is not a healthy one.

    3. It is the caffeine in the coffee that you cannot have so if you just substitute with decaf. you will be fine.

  5. Congrats! I am preggo with my first (20 weeks), so here's my thoughts...

    To answer you questions...

    1.  Before you start your pregnancy workouts, talk to your doctor. I didn't go quite as much as you, but I intensely ran and lifted weights occasionally. I toned mine down to 2 mile jogs, not runs, and lifting lighter weights with more reps. I go for about an hour 3 times/week. I also do prenatal pilates. Try finding a prenatal exercise class... they can help keep you safe and get a good work out!

    2. Try and eat 5/6 small meals per day. This will help keep your baby hungry and moving, so you can feel him/her move more! It will also help ward off nausea, and fatigue... two dreaded pregnancy symptoms.

Try to limit low mercury fish (fresh salmon, shrimp, white fish, etc) to 3 times a week. No large fish such as mackerel, shark, or mahi mahi.

    3. Yes, you can drink about 1 cup of coffee per day. Pregnant women are aloud to consume about 200 mg of caffeine per day. Brewed coffee, one cup is equal to about 135mg, and instant coffee is about 95 mg. Try cutting back, and substituting the rest with decaf (only 5 mg in a cup).

    GOOD LUCK!!
