Need some help with online courses-Canadian?

I am really trying to find a school to take a course online because I am on maternity leave and I dislike what I went to college for. So, anyway I am thinking of taking medical office assistant, or administration/secretary work. Has anyone found a good decently priced online course and gotten a job from it, or know someone who has? Any help is appreciated. Thanks so much!
