  1. Maybe take them out onces or twice a week or something like go to the movies on cheap *** tuesday or go to a mum and bubs session if you movies have either. Take them to the park. If the kids are old enough go to one of those indoor play centers, the kids can run around and play and you can have a coffee and a snack or just sit and watch. Maybe join a playgroup/kindygym type thing?

  2. Have a day away from the kids

call your friends and go out to dinner for a little

your husband can look after the kids for a while at night

    or wheneva

or even if you dontr wanna leave the kids

    take them sumwere

take them to the park the shops

    take them to dinner

    movies

    go for a walk

    etc

    Hope i helped

    tc  gudd luck

  3. Change what you play with them, take them to the park, go on a walk, try to join  a mommy group.

  4. see if there is a local play group or mothers group you can join.

go to your local Community Health Center and see what is available in your area for you to do with your young children.

are  you religious? if so, put your hand up for any thing the church as to offer mothers.

take your children out with you as much as possible. Go to the park, go exploring, start a garden together. spend time outside. Make a lovely sandpit or get out a blow up paddling pool if the weather is nice.

Once a week (AT LEAST) find sometime where both your children are happy and busy. Be it playing outside or "weeding" the garden (goodbye orchids and other treasures) with their spades and forks. And sit down with a pitcher of ice tea and a good book. Sit and relax in the sunshine while your children go for it. You know they are safe, you are watching them AND you're making time for yourself.

If your children are at an age of wanting to clean (got to love that stage) then pull out all their toys, and a nice big tup of soap water outside. Give them a washer each and sit back and let them go for it.

the trick is to find something that will keep them happy and give YOU time to do a puzzle, read a book, talk to your friends on the phone. try it at least once a week a first, you knows it could become a daily affair!

  5. you need stimulation yourself, you need time to yourself even just a break from the norm,i get like that and i go for a day trip even just to the beach x

  6. I'm a 19 year old mother of 2 with one on the way.and i know how it feels lol!!

Things that help me and are worth a go...

Change of scenery so e.g. Park, beach, drive in the rain,

mum and dads for a few days, friends house ...

Get the kids to help.. it pass the day quicker because it take twice as long to do but for some reason they love copying mum..

Other little ones to come over its a breathe of fresh air and is neat to pick up on games they can play by them selves.

BARNEY THE DINOSAUR or other DVDs (not as baby sitters but just too  keep them happy so you can get dinner done or have a shower in peace.

The night time thing is sorta the same at our house but the kids are in bed by 8-830 at the latest because we are young and we need time to ourselves.

we also treat our selves to a night out together once a month .

also we don't automatically turn down invitations to party's we just alternate who gos.

A monthly night out with the girls also does wonders for house bound mothers.

Good luck and i hope these help
