Need some info on Yankees game/stadium?

hey everyone, i am traveling to NY next month and need to find out some info. As we would like to go see a Yankees game, we are looking to get tickets that are right above or near their dugout. Can anyone who has been to Yankee Stadium tell me, which side is their dug out on? from what I see on TV, Usually the home team is on the 3rd base side, but from what i can see on TV theirs is th opposite, on the 1st base side.. Can anyone help me with this before I buy tickets.

Also does anyone know a reliable on-line site (besides Stub hub))to buy tickets, I need 4.

I know for that area we want to sit they are gonna be pricey, no need to tell me,,,lol..

The home team always uses the first base dug out.  I don't know why, they just do.

Tickets? your on your own, but they will be hard to come by.

My friend, since the above post answered the question in regard to the home dug out, may I recommend the link below for tickets to all the Yankee home games.

Please be aware that this is the last year of the old Yankee Stadium, so ticket are going to hard to find, especially ticket in you proffered area.

Go on Stub Hub.com. Best place to get tickets its really easy. You just seelect the area you wont to sit in and it tells you how many tickets are availiable.

1st base dugout is home but i prefer the 3rd.
