  1. had this shot the other night.. it was pear vodka, pear liquor, and white cranberry juice.. Credits to Coal Mine Pizza in Boca Raton..

Also, try a John Daly.. Iced tea, lemonade, and vodka or whiskey. My own personal creation

  2. Check out this website http://www.drinksmixer.com which has over 16300 different drink mixes.

I am pretty sure you will find something new to try everytime.

It is a good site to navagate around aswell because you can you the "in category" search, or just go for the most popular drinks down the right hand side.....or even by ingredients

  3. Not really giving enough information here. I will try to provide some of my favorites:

    Kamikazi

    Red Headed s**t

    s*x on the beach

    Surfer on Acid

If you have a bunch of liquor ingredients I suggest starting a virtual bar at Liquor Live or advance searching your ingredients to see all the different combinations/ drinks you can make:

    hope this helps!!!

  4. Well you say your in a rut, but honestly their are so many types of liquor and mixers theirs billions of combinations.

As your first reference I would recommend google, this is a topic that has been widely covered on the internet. For instance this is an interesting little series: http://www.expertvillage.com/video-serie...

Next I would recommend amazon. Personally I own "Bartending for Dummies" 2nd ed. A search on amazon for this book shows about 50 results for different bartending books. The one I have can be purchased for $2.41 on amazon used. I really like it because it tells you what 'tools' you need to how to cut fruit to "Recipes A-Z." It also has a lot of useful information about all the liquor/wine/beer you already drink which will help you make you make better drinks on your own.

The last thing to do is go to a bar, ask your bartender, ask other people at the bar find out what they like, and most importantly make some new friends

  8. Iced Earl Grey black tea, pomegranate extract, and gin. You could throw in some bitters if you're so inclined.

And there's the always popular Irish car bomb. Fill up a third of a pint of Guinness. Fill a shot with Jamison's and float some Bailey's on it. Bomb the shot and chug. Absolutely delicious.
