  1. Anything poisonous. The trick is getting your neighbor to eat it.

  2. You need to change the landscape to change the water runoff . You must keep the water from your foundation so I suggest you get outside and dig a 2 foot deep trench that is 3 foot wide and cement the bottom an sides.  Leave the sides of the cement about two inches below the top of the soil and get you some metal grates that can go on top and be lifted off to clean out any debre if need be.  You could put small square chicken wire underneath the metal grates to reduce that problem. Then run the drainage away from your home.  Maybe to his yard...lol.

You could also make a dirt hill or wide mound that grass will grow on and plant trees on the other side of it.  Just make sure your not near any of your drainage or water pipes.  Always make sure your draining away from your home.

  3. if your fighting a wet land area not much you can but run a drain line thru your own yard-you can plant cattails but will still have same problem and over growth

  4. A WEEPING WILLOW TREE WILL SUCKUP THEEXCESS WATER AND EVENALLY  CLOG THE DRAIN

  5. If it is not by your pipes, use a willow tree.

  6. dig  a nice creek and put a little bridge over it for decor, maybe grow some cattails or pampas or horsetail, fruit trees are uselful
