  1. Lie on your back and place your feet on top of the ball like you were going to do a sit up. place your hands either side of you at their full extension, this will help keep your balance. Your going to do a reverse sit up so you pull the ball towards your backside with your legs/ankles. This will develop your lower abdominal and build up your core stability. you may notice that at first your body will shake a bit. this is due to a lack of core stability. eventually this will disappear and you will have a strong core. start of with 1 set of 12 slowly and gradually build up your sets of 12. take your time with this to prevent injury and increase the quality of muscle. Hope this helps.

  2. tete tournons et tousser?    LOL...

I don't want this to be lost on those who don't speak French so...

It means:  "Turn head and cough."  LOL...

Get it?  They speak French in Switzerland...  Swiss ball exersize...

    OH NEVER MIND!

  3. How about a nice game of 'Guyball' ? If you get a 'maison' , put your hand in the air, and shout 'MAISON !', remember, stickles are random, and we start with a 4-bounce ubique.
