I don't know why people give BuffaloB  thumbs down. he gave the proper translation but only one ''zu'' at the beginning of the German translation he wrote ''zu zu'' that's just one too many ''zu'' the rest of the translation is perfectly fine.

Zu Leben bedeutet Leiden, zu überleben jedoch, bedeutet eine Bedeutung im Leiden zu finden.

PS.

This is still very melancholic. Do we really live to suffer? Life is no bed of roses but I don't personally believe we are born to suffer and that as long as we find meaning in our suffering then it's ok and we will survive...rather than that I believe we have to deal with whatever happens in life and make the best of things and where bad happens there must also be room for good -  if we believe.. x*x
