about pills...i found this pill in my sons room its yellow its kinda oblong [watson853] my son says he doesnt know where it came from

sounds like LOrtab (vicodin) It is Hydrocodone 10 milligrams with 325 milligrams of tylenol compounded with it. it is a narcotic painkiller. Be careful.
