Need specs on a set of 10" subwoofers.?

Question

I'm trying to find the specs on two 10" subs my little brother bought off a friend. I've searched the net and found nothing on these. The only thing that appears to be a brand name is "VR3" and what appears to be the model is "VBP/RBP1010" which brings up nothing when I search Google. If anyone has an idea what these are, I would like to know the following:

Watts Peak

Watts RMS

Ohms

The only thing I located for VR3 is a home speaker tower by Boston Acoustics.
