Need sprinkler help zones all come on at the same time.

Question

all zones come on at the same time. i have a well pump with no timer. we have to manually turn pump on and off. usually when u turn it on and off it changes zones right? i have one of those black circle fittings that splits the line into 4 zones. what is that called? is that thing not working and stuck open or something? thanks for any help

it is called a MULTI VALVE .the problem is ,there is a rubber disc inside of it that is worn out take the rubber disc to an irrigation supply house and buy one of the same.
