Need surprise birthday ideas!!!

ok, my boyfriend and i have another couple that we always hang out with and its the girlfriends b-day. Only problem is they have no money right now. I just had a super awesome birthday on the first and we all rented a limo so i really don't want her b-day to be mediocre. She never gets surprised because her BF is so bad at keeping secrets. I would really like to do something great and surprise her. We live in the bay area so any local suggestions would be great!

If you live in the Bay take her to the Beach at night, tell her to go inside the ocean and leave a present and she must look for the present in the night. At the Beach, then deliver her some water with salt in the ocean. By all means, *Make* *Her* *Scream*

You should get her boyfriend and tell him all the shopping places you're going to and tell her boyfriend to make sure to keep her away from those places. Just setup a regular party with lots of decerations, her favortie, everything she wants(you don't have to get EVERYTHING she wants though.) And you can either make it a sleepover or a regular party. If it's a sleep over then stay up late!

ooooooo a suprise party  4 ur friend that sounds so awosme.im not sure this is an exiting idea, but all 4 of u could go to som theme park, do the most daring rides.but watever u do hav fun and happy b_day 2 ur friend.
