Need the name of a Yahoo group?

I saw a while ago on the news a Yahoo group that was for people who could list things they had but wanted to get rid of or for people to request things they were looking for. It wasn't a buy/sell group either. People would simply list stuff to get rid of it rather than just throwing it out.

Do you mean FreeCycle?  If so, it's technically not a Yahoo Group, but a collection of many Yahoo Groups, each one for a specific local community.  See my Source link here for more information.
