Need the name of an 80s or 90s dance song...?

I heard it while at a club one night...kinda fuzzy on the lyrics, but from what I remember the chorus goes something like "...dancing in the streets..." and I forget the rest...it's got kind of an upbeat 80s dance sound to it similar to Cyndi Lauper's "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun"...But the song I'm talking about is definitely not "Dancing In The Street" by Martha and the Vandellas. Please help!!!

It could be Dancing In The Streets by Mick Jagger and David Bowie or it could be Dancing In The Sheets from the movie Footloose. I hope that I helped you out a little.
