Need the title of a book.!!! please help?

Question

I saw a hardcover book with my girl friend one day. It was completely black (ithink) with a red lightbulb on the cover. I believe that it is about the red light district. If anyone has anyideas please let me know we forgot the title and she really wants to read it. PLease help if you any ideas

I believe it's The City of Ember. It doesn't sound quite like what you described, but it's the only thing I can think of with a lightbulb.
