I want VERY shiny & silky hair that you know just flows. Do you know any good products that I can use or shampoos. You don't have to give me any brand names just the type of product if you want. ALSO, I want beachy waves & I was wondering if mixing sea salt & warm water & using it on your hair works.

  1. I heard olive oil helps.

    Or mayo

  2. You can use conditioner 3 times a week and you can also re-bond your hair...and comb your hair...

  3. ask your hairdresser, wash it daily.

comb it often, before you sleep, before and after you bathe and once you wake up.

  4. rinse off with lemon it will make it shine

  5. dip your hair in EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL it will be shiny as heck and it will definitely flow!!!!!

  6. If you rinse your hair with very cold water- you can get some shine.

Also try using the water that comes in a water bottle- that will give you some shine.

  7. Well to answer the first part you should always make sure to leave your conditioner in for five to ten minutes to help it penetrate the hair. I also find taking a general multivitamin helps to keep my hair thick and healthy which is demonstrated through the natural shine. I think you need to decide what you want though as using salt and water in your hair to achieve beachy waves will work however it will dry your hair out which will kill any good conditioning and thus smoothness and shine.

  8. if you want wavy hair, try Sunsilk waves of envy, and for they also have product for getting that silky straight look if you want it. I swear by that stuff, and it wont run you into the poor house either!

  9. I've got thick, wavy, generally super dry hair -  & so far,

my favorite product for achieving maximum shine is (go figure)

    sleek n' shine!

By applying the anti-frizz serum before beginning the styling process

    (blow-drying, straightening, etc):

& the brilliantine shine spray afterwards:

I can quite nearly guarantee you great results!

don't forget that a great shampoo/conditioner combo lays the foundation for healthy hair -- I recommend the biolage hydrothèrapie line :)

+ those products (although the biolage is priced a lil' higher)

    are super cost-effective,

& can be found at any drugstore, grocery, & so on...

so good luck! hope it works for ya :)
