Anyone smuggle booze onto a cruise ship? I heard you were allowed to take a bottle of wine on board,so i was thinking of using a old resealable wine bottle and filling it with rum ect,or rinse out some mouth wash bottles and fill them. It sounds like drinks are about $6-8 each x 10-15 per day(for 2 ppl) = OUCH.Now im not trying to be a cheapo, but come on... Im traveling Carnival.

  1. We bought a couple of 12 packs of Diet Coke the night before our cruise at a store near the hotel. We took out half of the cans, put our bottle of rum on the bottom and then a row of cans back on top. We just put the extra cans in our carry-on bag. Not a problem! I'm sure a wine bottle would work the same way. We were also on Carnival.

If you take wine on board and they know about it, there is a $10(?) corkage fee.

  2. hahah if you cant afford the drinks you cant afford the cruise

  3. Put it in Gatorade bottles. It works my brother got on a plane with them and drank it on the plane.

  4. Just tote a pint or 2 in your luggage. Most people do. You can go up on top anytime and bring back a glassful of lemonaide!!! I bought a bottle last week and told the cashier in the package store "This is cruise hooch!!"

    Bon Voyage!!!

  5. TRUE DRINKS ARE A FIN OR MORE ..........YOU CAN DRINK ICE TEA ITS FREE OR PACK A BOTTLE OF RUM IN YOUR SUITCASE IN A COKE BOTTTLE
