Need to Download windows XP

I need to reload my Hard Drive with Window XP but I do not have a reload disk I was given a disk by a friend but he does not have the key. My computers key does not work. How can I download a version of XP and use the key that is on my computer to open it....

  1. Legally, you can't.

    Just buy a new Windows XP cd.
