Is a Pieces sun and moon in Leo and Aquarius rising compatibility with a Sagittarius sun and moon in Scorpio and Aquarius rising, and please if so why or how.

Your main obstacle is the incompatibility in your sun signs, though the moon signs are an issue too.

Sagittarius is a sign that values independence, so they need a lot of space and a partner who can stimulate them intellectually and keep them entertained. Pisces need to be nurtured and reassured a lot. They need a consistent and caring partner. Sagittarians are often tactless and don't understand anything they see as dependency in a partner.

As for the moon signs, Leo's need a certain amount of freedom to move and shine, while Scorpios are possesive and intimate. They're both passionate, so when they clash, they clash big. However, they have a great amount of respect for one another.

If you try to understand what motivates your partner's behavior and they try to understand your actions/feelings, you could still work it out. And there are a lot of other things influencing your charts besides those three signs. Still... it'll take work.

Oh Pretty.. you are pretty LOL... smack !!! This is a hard mix and I agree that personality is gonna going to be easy. Sagittarius loves double freedom with Aquris rising sign. Us aqua people need this freedom but with Sagit Sun, multiply times 2. Pisces fishes ruled with the heart, not the head. Bang !!! Opposition here. Sagittarius hates to be tied to a stable LOL. You want to follow them, then you either ride on them or follow them. Leo moon need admiration and please, you can't boss them around. Moon Scorpio, they want to control. You have my blessings. This is a hard match better fought in a ring LOL
