Need to System Restore, Dont have disks, and cant get to desktop.?

Question

After installing a new motherboard, my computer would get to teh windows loading screen ( The Big windows logo with teh moving bars under it) nad then go to a BSOD. It also does this in safe moed, with command prompt also. im Hoping a system restore will brin git to a workable state. I dont have disks becuase this computer didnt come with them, But i have the Product key on teh bak of my computer--Please Help!

without the cd there is a problem..if you can get into safe mode..choose the normal safe mode, not cmd prompt..if successful you can run sys restore from there..good luck..
