Need to adjust dpi of a photo?

Question

my laptop died and I'm using a temp one.

I need to order a photo print and I need to modify the dpi and crop the photo.

Can tell me where I can find software to do this? I need to do it ASAP and it would be great

if I could find a website or free software I could download.

It's free as well.

Just open the file.   Press the letter i on your keyboard and change the dpi.  (i is just the shortcut for information.  You can change the dpi in that dialog.)

Draw a box around where you want to crop and hit Ctrl+Y (shortcut for crop)

Save it and your done.
