Need to beat morning grumpiness?

have been waking up really grumpy lately no apparent reason for it, not really that aware of it either but it is messing with my girfreind's universe, and that just wont do ! any advice ?

  1. after you wake up, don't focus on the negative. don't think "I have to get up", "I have to go to work" or "I wish I could stay here". Instead think about the great things about getting up: you get to see and kiss your girlfriend, theres some yummy breakfast waiting for you, a nice hot cup of coffee, you get to say good morning to your cats, and at work you get to see some friends.

    Hows that?  


  2. eat a high protein breakfast as soon  as you wake up.

  3. go to bed earlier. watch a funny online video to start the day laughing. When you wake up think what you have to look forward to that day.
