  1. Rent an electric jackhammer from Home Depot or the like and go nuts. Turn off your water. If you break some pipe it doesn't really matter as you have to replace the piece thats leaking. The cement will most likely break away easily as it is saturated and possibly rotten from the water leaking.

  2. Go to a rental store and rent an electric jackhammer. Rent the largest one you can physically handle. The little hammer drills will go NO where. Even if these things are awkward the larger ones will get the job done in a minimum of time and money. I usually rent the thing the evening before at closing time to get in as much as possible in the morning to get it back asap. Start 12 inches away from the pipe and make a relief hole in the concrete and hammer the concrete to the hole. It is going to take a large hole to be able to work so do not be shy. If you want a cleaner look score the big hole with a masonry wheel in a skil saw set to a depth of about one half inch and hammer to the line.

you can get much information in this website, If you will check anyone blue link in website

  4. Buy a Dasco Masonry Chisel. They come in different sizes, and some also with teeth in case you have allot of gravel and rock mixed into the cement. You can pretty much control what your cutting with those. You might also need a Drill Hammer ,I'd say a 4 lb. Byee ( They are Blue, last time I looked)
