Need to convert movie file into image i.e still image so I can email it.?

hi there! what you have to do is, open the movei file with a movie editor such as windows movie maker, watch the video or fastforward to where you wuold like to make a still and then hit the camera button on the far right bottom corner on the display  screen ( where the pause and play buttons are, keep goin to the right! )

Doin this will create a still picture image so you can email it to your family and friends! :)
