  1. Your "best player" is not part of the team.

the player that is " I N  the team" is loyal to the team players. for always, good or bad.

if I where the coach...You are out.

  2. drop no one have them as backup

  3. You should keep the player you wish to drop as back up....but dropping them is just straight rude and inconsiderate...how would you feel if someone running a team dropped you? no disrespect, but I'm sure you can feel me on this....another option is to talk to the team and see who really wants to continue playing...you never know when someone is just getting burnt out on pool and doesn't really feel like playing but is showing up for the TEAM....and last but not least no ONE person should be making the decisions...all decisions should be carefully talked about by all members to come to a good conclusion

  4. If you can, why not keep him as a back up instead of dropping him?   Otherwise, if you really must, then I'd go with dropping off K.  Don't know why, but K just came to mind strongly.   Good luck.

  5. I say drop K....

  6. Go with players you have ,and hope they dont read this question .You ever think about how they will feel to know you dont care who goes or stays let them keep what confidence they have in themselves.

If your team is shooting that bad 1 player aint gonna help anyway If your in Lost Wages 1 good 4 bad aint gettin past us
