Needing a drive belt for a Necchi B-U Mira M448626 sewing machine. My Great Aunt aquired this sewing machine from her church. She is retired and cares for her elderly sister full time and makes quilts to help suppliment their income. I was visiting her this past weekend and found that she in fact has two of these machines that need belts and she has tried to make a belt for it at no avail. My local sewing machine repair shop said there is no compairason chart so the only way he could match it is for me to physcially bring the machine in for him to look at it, and at that there is still no quarentee he could find one that would work. My Aunt live quite a distance from me, so before I treck across the state to get her sewing machines, I thought I might try to save some time and money and find out what I could in advance that way if I can purchase the correct parts and just go fix it myself, it would sure save alot of time and fuel, and get her back in business much sooner.
