is there any websites that i can look though to find a new bike at a good price need some help

the bike will be new to YOU... but it won't be dealership new...

you can find bikes from the 2008 line all the way back to (if anyone has one for sale on there) steam powered...

Just remember, the big 4 make the best & most reliable bikes.  Who are the big 4 ?  Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki & Kawasaki.  Limit your search to these big 4.

Secondly remember, these bikes are actually complex machinery which requires the services of nearby service centre to maintain it in top shape.  So you should give preference to the manufacturer who has a well equipped service station nearest to your residence.  (You wouldn't like to ride 200 miles to get your oil changed, would you?)

It is good to have some preferences to start out with.  Some like Yamaha.  Others swear by Kawasaki.  They are all quite good.  A 2008 model by any of the big 4 should be a big deal, any way you look at it.

Starting out with a Honda 250 CBF also is a good idea.  It is better to start small and work your way up.  Besides a smaller single cylinder engine will use less fuel too !

The bargain bike is not the least expensive bike.  Buy the best condition bike you can afford.  Do not buy a project bike that needs this or that.  If there is not a bike you like in good condition you need to save some more money.

I have purchased two bikes at craigslist dot com and have been very satisfied.  Also your local newspaper is a good source. Buyer Beware.
