Need to find a part for my vacuum.

I have an exectrolux Oxygen Vacuum Cleaner Model # EL5035. Works wonderful except for the wheel that came off today. Looks like it has plastic binders in each of the 4 barrings that attach to the vacuum. Each of these plastic pieces broke. I need to find this part....
