  1. Tiger Tiger and The Corinthian are pretty decent places. Lots of pubs in the Merchant City are quite good too.

  2. I found the Corinthian to be brilliant. 191 Ingram Street.

They do have a web site.

Sorry I can't think of a restaurant, but I found them all to be good, particularly an Indian round the back of Merchant City.

It's been a while since I last visited, so sorry for being vague.

  3. Rab Ha's in the Merchant City.

  5. Hi there

Metropolitan in the merchant city has a great drinks menu, it very classy and has delicious, reasonably priced food

    www.metropolitan-bar.com

Waxy O'Connors is a also a great pub, it has a brilliant atmosphere and lots of little different bars and seating areas

www.waxyoconnors.co.uk  - they do nice food too but its not anything paricularly amazing.

If you are looking for somewhere separate for a meal then there are some great places in Princes Square - Zizzis, Mings, November to name the best.

I work in Glasgow and have tried most decent pubs/restaurants so if you want something more specific then just IM me and I'll be happy to help!!

    xx

  6. I WOULD suggest Waxy O'Connors near George Square, just beside Queen Street station. Could also try The Corinthian in St.Vincent Street - lovely piano bar. Also some good pubs near Royal Exchange Square and in The Merchant City. There are loads of pubs in Glasgow - you won't be stuck. Just keep walking till you find something suitable. Hope you have a great time!

  7. good restaurant is called   Yes,  very good, as for a bar,  mmm good luck

  8. Central Glasgow, for the sake of £5 in a taxi try Stravaigin on Gibson Street. Gastropub upstairs restaurant down. Quality food, quality service and always ticking over.
