Need to find out how to figure where the positive/negative plug into fuel injectors for a 1979 Datsun 280ZX?

my car is a 1979 Datsun 280ZX 5-speed. I clipped out old wire plugs to place in new plugs for the injectors, but got a little confused which wire (pos/Neg) goes where in the injectors. Each pair of wires go to correct injector. car started fine at first, then stood on fo about 5 min., then died out and didn't want to start again. it boggled before it cut off. fuel pump is working fine, fuel line has good pressure, but dont know what happen. Any help would be very grateful. thanx

Take the fuel line a loose at the fuel rail , then turn the key on so you can tell of it's putting out gas to that point.If your getting gas to the fuel rail , then you need to put your mind back on the injector's,check them for fire check all of the fuses for the fuel systrm.

It doesnt matter at the injector, it is just a coil that you energize, as long as each inj has a power and ecm ground.  Ohm test the injectors across the two terminals and compare readings, these cars were known for injector issues
