It has been 8 years since i have last heard or seen my little sister,Elsie Edwards-Gagne.

Our last known address for her is 31 Bramwell Avenue,Winnipeg,Manitoba.

She is Married and has a daugther.Our Mom is desperately seeking to find her.I am looking forward to your reply,Thanks in advance.

What is your sisters husbands name? It might be a lot of help to have his first and last name!

go online, they offer background checks. with this you can see her past addresses, medical records, and criminal history. these cost about $30-$80. Good luck!

Hire a private investigator. They have a license which allows them to access law enforcement and government information and records which are not available to the general public. Example: Automobile registration records, medical records, etc...

You can't gain personal information about any Canadian on line like medical, and driving info...we have Privicy Laws in Canada...we are not like the US...
