Need to gain confedence?

I am shy and want to gain some confedence so i can get a girl to notice me more.

get over your self esteem issues

* learn to say "no" when you have to

* stand up for yourself and others when the need arise!

* practice talking about your emotions with others.....its totally c**p concept that men shouldnt talk about their emotions...i mean we are all humans....men or women are both emotional beings....duh!

* be charming.........have a good sense of humor (but not a cheap one)

Just be forward and ask the girl you like out. You will build confidence by doing this. Every time after  it will be easier. Remember rejection alsp builds confidence.
