  2. go to fast food restraunts. oh if your ever eating a nice big chunky steaks and thers a bit of fat arount the edge eat abit of that. or pork chops, that fat on them is always really tastey and its fatening. also if you get abit fatter you can turn that fat into muscle easier than just trying to build muscle out of nuthing

  3. Your workout is fine; the problem is that you're taking all the protein. Protein and fat help keep the body lean, while carbohydrates help you gain weight. You might try cutting back a little on the protein and increasing your carb intake. Potatoes and beans (like bean burritos) are great healthy sources of carbs. Fresh fruit is also excellent, particularly bananas.

  4. My friend highly recommends peanut butter milkshakes. They really add on the pounds.

  5. The key ingredient to gaining muscle mass is to add lots of PROTEIN to your daily diet. You should have 1.0-1.5 grams of protein for each pound you weigh. Protein helps your body to build lean muscle after your workout. Speaking of workout, I would start with simple toning exercises (low weight/more reps) to get your muscles used to being worked. After about 2 weeks you can go to the strengthening exercises (high weight/low reps). This will break down your muscles fast and with all the protein in your diet, when they heal it will be solid lean muscle mass. Muscle weighs alot more than fat.
