Need to get super glue off wood?

anyone know how without harming the wood. cant use nail polish remover, because that eats the wood away, any suggestions?

Nail polish remover is primarily acetone, which won't eat the wood but will remove paint or affect the stain.  I suggest that you get the super glue wet, perhaps leaving a wet sponge against the surface for a while.  That will soften the glue a little bit.  Then use your finger nails or a putty knife very carefully and scrape away the glue.  However, that might also soften paint, so you're on your own.
