Need to how someone put my pic on this web www.funhotpics.com?

i need to know how someone got my pic and put it on this web page www.funhotpics.com and it there somewhere i had to change my password.

I think that it's a spam prank.  I was Myspace and got an email from a friend saying that.  I went to that page and then back to the myspace email and Tom informed me that I got phished...I'm not sure if that email was what phished me or the website i went to.  Whatever it is...DON'T DO IT!
