Need to know application to set up port for runescape private servers

Well I made a runescape private server, I finally figured it out. Well it didnt take long. Although there is one problem. I'm the only one who can log into my server. Im thinking it wont let my friends come in because they see it as a threat. The way my internet is setup is used by a BEFW11S4. Its pretty secure, so i know i have to use the Applications and Gaming tab so I can type in my port. But the only problem is, I dont know what the application is called. I tried compile because my source is from Phonescape but it still wont work. I need someone to please tell me how to setup the port thing so that my friends will be able to come in to my server.
