Need to know how to make tutus like this...Please help as I want to be able to put pedals and cute waistbands.

I had two attempt to try making a tutu but then when i saw it ...i decided i waisted all that money...i could have bought one pretty one...so i bought one at www.kinderbloom.com.   They are really nice and my daughter love it.  Good luck!

To make one with flower petals between the layers, make sure you cut the layers so they're double wide and fold them so they're two layers thick.  Then, insert  the petals between the two layers, and have the fold at the bottom when you sew them.
