  1. How can you forget? silver service should be second nature, it took me a 2 year college course to learn hospitality and believe me once learnt never forgotten. It is not just the way you lay the table


  2. You mean fork.

    Start from the outside and work your way in, knives on the right, forks on the left. Dessert Spoon and fork at the top. Soup spoon on right on the outside
