Need to know if i got right birth certificate papers?

hello 3 weekes agaio i went and got a montreal ontario birth certificate papers to fill out becuase i was born in montral and not liveing there anymore. When i fild it out it sayed know where in there If i wanted it in english or french so they sent it to me in french and i spent 35 dollers not to get a walet sized one wich i though i was geting its on a big piece of paper. My question is what should i do to get a walet sized one and one in english? Thnxs
